Pumpkinol is a delicious, nutritious tonic made from the seeds of a rare pumpkin which grows only on the hills of south central Austria. The luscious green oil from Austrian pumpkin seeds has been prized for centuries because of its nutritional value. Natural Vegetarian Squash Soup with Austrian Aromatic Pumpkin seed Oil (Pumpkinol)

2 quarts pure water
whole medium-sized butternut squash (or other yellow squash)
4 vegetarian bouillon cubes (Rapunzel is best)
teaspoon or two of bulk OregaMax
contents of 6 HerbSorb capsules (or use teaspoon Herbamere)
one medium or large onion, chopped

2 T. Pumpkinol

In a medium-sized pan add water, squash, spices, bouillon cubes, and onion; bring to a boil, reducing heat and cooking until onions are just soft. Add contents or partial contents to a blender or preferably Vita-Mix; add pine nuts and Pumpkinol; blend until creamy. Serve hot, drizzled with extra Pumpkinol. This is a secret recipe, which is extremely delicious and nutritious: enjoy.

Pumpkinol Sweet ‘n Sour Balsamic Salad Dressing

1/4 cup Pumpkinol
1/4 cup high quality additive-free Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon bulk OregaMax
dash sea salt
1 or 2 T. Pom-o-Power pomegranate molasses

Mix and store in jar. Serve over salads and hot vegetables
